Silvana Guthrie, RN
Geriatric Care Manager

Silvana has over 20 years of experience in healthcare, including more than 10 years as a Registered Nurse. She earned her Nursing degree from the University of North Georgia and has specialized in geriatrics, serving as Director of Nursing in assisted and independent living communities, many with memory care for individuals with dementia, Parkinson’s, Lewy Body, and Alzheimer’s disease. Her background also includes roles in primary care practices and hospice case management throughout Georgia.

Dedicated to supporting older adults and their families, Silvana brings compassion, expertise, and guidance through complex care situations. Her goal as a geriatric care manager is to ensure the highest quality of life for seniors in their later years.

Originally from Peru, Silvana has lived in Georgia for more than 25 years. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, which she values as an important asset in her work. Married with three adult children—Brandon, Mary, and John—she also adores her golden doodle, Reddy. She enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures.
