• Moving to a new home or downsizing in existing home

• Locate, organize, and sort personal belongings

• Stage belongings in your new home to help ease transition anxiety

• Professionally pack and unpack your items

• Coordinate the change of address with Social Security, post office, utilities, and others

• Coordinate with our approved network of professional partners (realtors, movers, etc.)

Planning & Design

​

• In-home consultation where your wants and needs are discussed and assessed

• Develop a detailed moving plan based on those wants and needs

• Provide a move timeline and checklist of tasks to be completed

• Measure furniture and develop a floor plan for the new residence that will show where the furniture will go

Organizing

​

• Determine what items to take, sell, or donate

• Provide assistance, if needed, with deciding what to take and what not to take

• Work with the moving team to arrange the move date and coordinate the move at both the old and new residence

• Pack items to be moved using either the customer's packing materials or the senior move manager's

• Label boxes for easy unpacking and keep an inventory of all items

Moving Day

​

• Coordinate with the moving team so that all items are correctly moved or left for sale or donation

• Unpack essential items first to ensure the immediate comfort of our client

• Set up furniture according to the pre-approved floor plan

• Connect electronics such as TV, phone, and computer

Additional Services

​

• Prepare and conduct the sale of items in the home not taken to the new residence

• Arrange for items not sold or moved to be donated or disposed of

• Coordinate professional cleaning of home

• Home cleaning and repairs, and contractor referrals for preparing old home for sale

• Referral to Premier's Professional Realtor for selling of old home, if needed
