Keith is an author, marketing leader, and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in marketing, branding, business development, and the personal care and service industries. His career has been defined by a passion for creative development, strategic growth, and building successful brands. In 2026, Keith published Blueprints for Mighty Men, a Christian men’s book focused on helping men discover their identity, strengthen their leadership, and lead with purpose.

Keith co-founded Premier Care Management with his wife, Tracy Johnson, who serves as CEO, and joined the company at its inception in February 2018. As a marketing and creative leader, Keith is responsible for branding, market strategy, business development, and overall creative direction, helping shape the company’s vision, presence, and continued growth.

Before Premier Care Management, Keith led numerous marketing and business development initiatives through his own companies. A native New Englander, he first made his mark in business as a successful salon and spa owner, operating locations on Boston’s prestigious Newbury Street in the Back Bay. He later partnered with Tracy to create The Wingate Salon & Spa in the Seacoast area of New Hampshire. The Wingate became one of New England’s premier award-winning spas and was recognized by Salon Today Magazine among the Top 200 Fastest Growing Salons in North America for six consecutive years. Keith also enjoyed a distinguished career as a nationally recognized professional sculptor, with life-size portrait sculptures displayed at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame, and the John F. Kennedy Medical Center.

With his extensive marketing, entrepreneurial, and creative experience, Keith remains focused on helping Premier Care Management strengthen its brand, expand its reach, and build upon its reputation for excellence. Outside of his work with Premier Care Management, Keith enjoys time on the ocean, writing, gourmet cooking, and spending time with Tracy, their three grown children, and their ten amazing grandchildren.
