She earned her Bachelor's degree in Health and Fitness Management, with a minor in Business, from Clayton State University and has dedicated several years to working in Assisted Living Communities before transitioning to the outpatient setting. 

Dee is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their optimal well-being, tailoring her approach to meet each person's unique needs. With a strong focus on personal growth and health, Dee uses her expertise to help others reach their fullest potential, whether through physical fitness, wellness, or mental clarity.

When she's not helping others live their best lives, Dee enjoys dancing, exploring new cultures through travel, and cherishing time spent with her loved ones. Her commitment to both personal and professional growth is evident in everything she does.
