Aileen Ruffin
Director of Intake Operations & Service Excellence

Aileen Ruffin brings more than 14 years of senior care experience to her administrative leadership role. Her career began in finance and expanded into client and employee relations, multi-site operations, leadership development, and oversight across the central United States. She also created an Operations Manager Mentorship Program and led a national task force dedicated to strengthening operational performance and consistency.

 

Aileen later co-founded a successful consulting practice focused on designing intake journeys, strengthening operational systems, and creating clear pathways centered on the client experience. Before joining Premier Care Management, she worked closely with elder law attorneys, wealth managers, care managers, and other professionals serving older adults and their families.

 

With experience ranging from technology and workflow management to direct client engagement in the field, Aileen understands how every part of an organization influences the client journey. She specializes in analyzing data, enhancing workflows, and supporting the entire experience from the initial intake through the start of services and beyond.
